Subramanian Natarajan M.Sc., CAIIB, C.P.A.(U.S.A.), IP, and Independent Director started his career as a Management Trainee in Punjab National Bank which enlarged to a span of 28 years with an emphasis on large customer base, customer service with a smile and a willing mind to learn every day.
Realizing the need to change the course with the emerging opportunities in 2000, he took voluntary retirement to go to U.S.A. with a goal to enlarge his professional domain. U.S.A., a land of opportunity
and a widening economy of unprecedented level enabled him to get his Certified Public Accountant credentials at the age of 59 years, not a
common trait among people of his generation.
The American professors who encouraged and motivated him to get his new professional excellence ordained him to go back to India to meet the widening legal/tax demands of nearly 200000 US Citizens who
lived in India and needed an excellent CPA from USA at the most competitive cost with a willingness to attend to them with kindness.
Since his 2009, he has been serving hundreds of his clients who opted for his tax/legal expertise to pay USA/Indian taxes on time and get the required benefits.
With 150 clients who has been on a widening scale he has involved his son Mr. Nagaraj Subramanian, B.S.(USA), LLB (India), a leading advocate to meet the enlarged demands of tax/legal requirements of his clients.
He is will widen the coverage of tax/legal clients on a wide range of fields like inheritance, estate, wills, floating of companies abroad and enable the thriving Indians to secure a safe place on the world
economy. Furthermore, Insolvency Professional practice also has been brought to the firm since Mr. Subramanian Natarajan became Insolvency Professional in 2018.
